Return Policy

This is the Return Policy for HullaBalloo Sales products. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

All sales are final. There is no return window. Once a product is purchased, HullaBalloo Sales does not accept returns unless the return is part of a warranty claim.

If HullaBalloo Sales approves a Customer return for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, the following conditions apply:

  • A minimum restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the product price will be paid by the Customer
  • The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
  • The Product must be returned in an unused condition
  • The Customer will pay for any necessary repairs required to return the Product to a like-new condition

No Returns on Custom Products

NO RETURNS. HullaBalloo Sales will not accept returns for any custom manufactured products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom designs
  • Custom ordered colors
  • Custom artwork not standard on the product(s) manufactured by HB

Shipping of Warranty Repairs

All warranty repair and replacement requests are subject to product inspection at the HullaBalloo Sales factory. Final evaluation of any warranty claim will be made only after the product arrives at the HullaBalloo Sales factory.

When submitting a warranty claim, the Customer must provide photo(s) of the suspected area needing repair.

If a returned Product is evaluated by the Company, found to be defective, and the warranty for such Product is in force, HullaBalloo Sales will bear the cost of shipping as follows:

  • First 180 days after Customer receives an order:
    HullaBalloo Sales is responsible for ground freight charges to and from the HullaBalloo Sales factory using an HullaBalloo Sales-approved freight carrier.
  • Remaining warranty period:
    The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the HullaBalloo Sales factory.

All returned shipments must be pre-approved by HullaBalloo Sales and issued a Returned Goods Authorization. If not, the Customer will be responsible for all freight charges.
