IAAPA Expo 2025 FAQs
How can I get a code for IAAPA?
If you haven't already, please contact us through the VIP Ticket Form to get your VIP Guest code so that you can register for your ticket. Please provide all requested form data to receive your code.
How can I register after I get my code?
Once you have received your unique VIP guest code, follow steps 1-6 to complete the registration.
Step 1: Start here at the IAAPA MCI Registration website
Step 2: Click on one of the choices below "I am here to register..." and Continue to Register
Step 3: Log in to your IAAPA account or Create a Login
Step 4: Follow the steps to continue
Step 5: In step 5 Checkout, enter your VIP code in the field: "Enter your discount or exhibitor guest code"
Step 6: Once you have completed registration, you will pick up your tickets at the IAAPA Trade Show.
Steps 1-5 need to be completed for every person who would like to attend the show. We have reserved only a certain number of spots for you. The exhibitor guest code is valid for the number of guests you reserved a ticket for (Use the same code).

Do my kids need to register for a ticket?
Children 12 years of age or younger do not need a guest code and are free, BUT you will need to register them at the trade show and fill out paperwork that must be signed on location.

What products are you bringing to the show?
We will be showcasing some NEW products from 2025 as well as NEW Designs for 2026! We are bringing some exciting new products you won't want to miss.
Can I purchase products during IAAPA?
Yes! You can purchase products from us at the IAAPA Trade Show and we are more than happy to answer any questions regarding the products.
