This 4in1 combo keeps the fun going with multiple ways to play. Kids can bounce and jump in the (1) spacious bounce area, practice their slam dunks or shots with the (2) built-in basketball hoop, then climb up the (3) climber to reach the (4) tall slid, which can be used wet or dry. For wet use, the slide includes a built-in misting system that sprays a refreshing water mist—perfect for hot summer days when kids want to cool off. When the weather is cooler, it can be enjoyed as a dry slide just the same. At the base of the slide, a built-in landing pad provides a soft and secure landing whether used wet or dry.
The 4in1 Tropical Combo Crossover is made with safety features to protect riders while they enjoy the inflatable. A safety tunnel at the entrance allows kids to enter and exit easily and there is a safety net at the top of the slide to keep riders secure. Mesh siding provides clear visibility inside the unit so parents and operators can always supervise the action. The slide is hot-welded to prevent water from reaching the bounce area during wet use, keeping the interior clean and dry. High-stress areas are constructed with commercial-grade, heavy-duty vinyl, while lighter materials in low-stress areas make the inflatable lighter and transport easier. What are your shipping details?
At HullaBalloo Sales, we offer shipping discounts through reputable carriers. For shipments under 150 pounds, we use FedEx for doorstep delivery. For larger shipments, we use LTL freight carriers, with options for residential delivery, lift gate service, inside delivery, limited access delivery, and arrival/delivery notification. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any issues to us immediately.
Are your products covered by insurance during shipping?
Shipping includes basic insurance, with the option for additional coverage at the customer's request and expense. HullaBalloo Sales uses third-party carriers and is not liable for delays caused by factors like weather, strikes, or other conditions beyond its control. Any shipping damage must be handled according to the carrier's policies, and the customer is responsible for following their process to file claims.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly, as they are responsible once it leaves our facility. While we ensure your product is carefully packaged, the carrier handles the shipment during transit, and their policies must be followed for proper claim processing

What is included with the inflatables?
All the inflatables come with a Blower, Tarp, and Repair Kit. Stakes or sand bags for anchoring are not included and must be ordered separately.
What materials are used in your inflatables?
All of our inflatables are crafted from commercial-grade PVC vinyl. Each product is 100% lead-free, heavy-duty, and fire retardant.
What is the return policy?
For any product purchased from HullaBalloo and returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, there is a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the product(s). The customer will be responsible for charges for the shipping of the product(s) returned to us. The product(s) must be in an unused condition when returned.
Warranty
Do you provide warranties for your products?
Yes! HullaBalloo Sales offers a 1-year limited warranty on inflatables from the date of receipt, with the following exceptions:
- Indoor Use: All inflatables used in indoor centers are covered for 1 year from the date of receipt.
- Water Ride Inflatables: Inflatables intended to be used with water (water ride inflatables) are covered for 1 year from the date of receipt.
Additional warranty details:
- Parts & Accessories: 45-day warranty (e.g., slide linings, climber linings, etc.)
- Blowers: 1-year warranty through the blower manufacturer. Claims for defects must be directed to the blower manufacturer.
- LED Furniture: Limited Warranty (90 days) from the date of receipt. This covers parts such as remote controls, charging cables, and LED bulbs. The warranty does not cover the plastic casing.
- Custom Products & Digital Printed Graphics: No warranty unless otherwise noted on the invoice.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or repairs by unauthorized agencies. Ordinary wear and tear, improper storage, or failure to use proper anchoring equipment may also void the warranty.
